There is something special about Moose Lake. There is a true warmth for visitors, a real friendliness for new residents and a sense of reality that does not interfere with the persona of a small caring community.
You are always welcome to come and enjoy every aspect of Moose Lake and the surrounding area. Visit our scenic recreation, family attractions, historic sites or be a part of the many festivities that are celebrated year round.
Moose Lake has something for everyone with four seasons of activity. Whether you're enjoying our trails, waterways, parks or a weekend getaway from the fast-paced world, you will always find something in Moose Lake.
Our community is yours to use and embrace, just as we have. That's what we have come to call Moose Lake Pride!

THANK YOU MIKE KOSLOSKI!!
Mike put together a hot dog and brat sale at Marketplace Foods last Saturday, June 6th. He had Wayne & Sharen Peterson, Beth English, Tarey Johnson, Susan Paulson, Curt Frohrip, Nancy Forse, Rudy Ketchum helping sell the dog's & brats. Mike's nephew and his son Logan were dressed as hot dogs and they carried donation jars for "Fireworks". The crew generated $465 in sales. This money will be used for "Fireworks" this 4th of July.
Thank you Darrel Christian, Marketplace Manager for your assistance and donations to the cause. |

May 20, 2009
Dear Chamber Members and Business Owners,
On behalf of the Moose Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, I would like to inform you of the dates for the Annual Fourth of July Celebration, July 1 through July 5th. Fireworks are scheduled for Saturday, July 4th at dusk. The display will be shot from the North end of the lake, using the primitive camping area.
As you well aware, the 4th of July would not be the same without the fireworks display. I’m sure you also aware that the fireworks are the single most expensive item for the entire celebration. Last year, 2008, our display cost was $4,489.30. This cost also included $400 of new equipment. Our estimated cost for 2009 is $4,100.
Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home has made a challenge for Fireworks Donations. He will match up to $500 for personal donations of $100, 5 individual donations of $100, not business donations.
